I'd like to Apply to Live at Bierman

Steps To Applying:

1)  Visit Bierman and Love it!

2)  Turn in your application materials:

• Application for yourself: Remember to sign the bottom of the application and list your intended roommates.
• General Consent Form: you need to complete this form .
• Guarantor Application: your parent/guardian needs to complete this form.
• General Consent Form: your parent/guardian needs to complete this form 
• Deposit Agreement
• Payment of $40 if you have lived in the state of Minnesota for 7 plus years.
  Payment of $60 if you have not lived in Minnesota for the past 7 years. This payment includes both you and your parent/guardian application. Payments will be accepted in the form of check, money order or credit card ($22.95 fee to use credit card).
• Personal Guarantor Form: Your application is contingent on this form being signed by your parent/guardian and notarized.
• Pay My Rent Online

3) Mail everything in! You can mail the completed forms to:

4) Remind your roommates to turn their application materials in too!

5) Once your application is approved, which usually takes between 3 and 5 days, we will contact you via email with the good news! We will set up a date convenient for you to stop in and sign your lease paperwork.

6) Celebrate that you are ready to go for next fall!

1. If you need a roommate and would like us to help, please complete and submit the “Roommate Match” form with your application. We will do our best to match you with roommates that will compliment your interests and habits.
